Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at mayurathan.saravanapavan@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 184 Bethany Leigh Drive, Scarborough, Ontario, M1V 2V7, Canada. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union

If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mayurathan.saravanapavan@gmail.com.
