Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Final sale, perishable (food), and intimate items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return Email us at hello@mayusmarketplace.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
